Plant Director

Job Description : PLANT DIRECTOR VIETNAM ( OPEN TO EXPATS) The Plant Director shall drive and responsible for the excellence performance of the site, work satisfaction of the employees, and site's expansion and diversification in the product portfolios. Produce quality products safely and cost-effectively while promoting employee engagement and inclusiveness Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, financial, legal, and HR regulations Develop technical and management leaders through succession planning Promote a strong quality culture and continuously improve quality systems and metrics Manage site business planning, continuity, and development to meet financial commitments Launch new products in alignment with objectives and regulatory timelines Implement consistent business and quality processes across the manufacturing network Bachelor's Degree in science degree in engineering, chemical or related field Previous experience (15+ years) in complex operations within life science manufacturing applying xGMP manufacturing environment Fluent English and Vietnamese Strong leadership with experience in growing business, and work closely with Commercial leaders in order to maximising the site's capacity Integrity, teamwork and committed This leading company needs no introduction and is recognised as the leader in their field of expertise.
