Country Manager

Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER VIETNAM FOR BUILDING MATERIALS ( OPEN TO EXPATS) We are seeking an experienced and visionary Country Manager to lead our operations in the building materials sector. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping the strategy, driving growth, and overseeing all aspects of our business within the country. Develop and execute the overall strategy for the building materials division in the country, aligning it with the company's global objectives Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of professionals across various functions, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the building materials sector, including architects, contractors, developers, and government entities Oversee the financial performance of the division, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss management Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and ethical practices Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences Drive sales initiatives and explore new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets and market share growth Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the division's performance, challenges, and opportunities Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field Proven leadership experience in the building materials industry or a related field Strong industry network and relationships with key stakeholders Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Financial acumen and budget management skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team Willingness to travel as required
