Engineering Head

Job Description : ENGINEERING HEAD VIETNAM ( OPEN TO EXPATS) The Head of Engineering shall provide leadership and expert knowledge for the Engineering team in the organisation. The Head of Engineering shall report to Country Director and leading all functions within Engineering department of the company. Lead and manage a functional group's development and effectiveness while supporting business objectives Evaluate and develop the engineering, maintenance, and improvement teams in a cross-functional environment Work closely with senior management to resolve complex issues and assess global projects, products, and technologies Delegate work assignments, participate in planning, and evaluate manufacturing processes to increase productivity Initiate and justify capital expenditure projects, create and track budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance and safe working practices Coordinate with quality representatives and manage the global campaign to implement improvement projects and achieve company goals Bachelor/ Master Degree in Engineering Fluent communication, excellent leadership Experience in highly control manufacturing environment in leading industries Excellent stakeholder management, working with global team At least five years in similar leadership position, twenty years overall experience This is a fantastic opportunity in a industry leader company within manufacturing field.
