Job Description : Head Operations/ General Manager Education Qualification: Any Engineering or PGD-PPT Job Location: Tanzania Job Role · Products will include all industrial / domestic Plastic Products with latest technologies in blow injection / extrusion/ thermoforming / rotational / compression moulding . · Responsible for overall plant operations like production, maintenance, quality, material planning, and manpower handling. · Having good material processing knowledge like PP , HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE , EVA ,PVC, ABS , PET, PC , etc. · Having working knowledge of injection blow molding, extrusion & roto molding and can handle machines like Toshiba, Super master, JSW, Jonwai, Ferromatick, CMP, Jagmohan, EBM, Windsor, etc. · Responsible for handling PET recycling plant. He maintains quality as per ISO standards. · Responsible for entire operation and business. He has handled P&L, Sales, Operation, production and business development, and Finance · The company is looking to separate its plastic division as an independent unit and setting up an entirely new manufacturing unit which shall be based in Morogoro in Tanzania. · The Postion is based in Morogoro . · Existing plant / machine shifting shall be commencing shortly and further expansion in terms of ordering new machines / plant layout etc shall start in the next 3-4 months . · 10 Acre Site 200k sq Ft of Constructed area for plant · Operations Envisaged 2k tonnes of plastic conversion per month
