Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO KSA Looking for a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a logistics company's executive leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company's operations and providing strategic financial guidance to the CEO and Board of Directors. Previous experience with Listed businesses, M&A transactions, system implementations or going through an IPO process would all also be highly beneficial. Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA is preferred. At least 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
