Job Description : SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER CANADA Senior Manager of Business Finance to lead their finance function. If you're a finance expert with a passion for strategy and innovation, this is the role for you! You'll be responsible for driving financial planning processes, partnering with stakeholders, and ensuring that the company's short-term and long-term objectives are met. As the Director/Senior Manager of Business Finance, you'll be at the forefront of driving the company's financial planning processes. You'll also review Business Finance processes and suggest and implement streamlined processes to enhance the strategic business partnering experience. Here's what you'll be doing: Driving financial planning processes to ensure that Rolling Forecasts are prepared in a timely fashion Partnering with stakeholders to ensure that analysis of variances between Forecasts and Actual Results is delivered and reported to Senior Management and the Region Reviewing Business Finance processes and suggesting and implementing streamlined processes to enhance the strategic business partnering experience Providing ongoing focus on the creation of value for the business Demonstrating Project Management skills and abilities Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce or a related area 12-15 years of related experience in the finance function Strong technical competence and sound knowledge of the consumer healthcare environment Demonstrated Project Management skills and abilities
