Financial Reporting Head

Job Description : FINANCIAL REPORTING HEAD UK Open to hiring overseas candidate provided they are able to procure the necessary papers to live and work in the UK 15+ years experience As the Head of Financial Reporting, you will work closely with the CFO and the wider leadership team to support the strategic objectives and growth plans of the business by providing meaningful analysis, management commentary and development of core KPIs. This role would suit a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/C.A) with circa 15 years PQE and who is an engaging and knowledgeable individual capable of liaising with a wide variety of stakeholders. - Liaison with Regional Management and finance teams to build granular understanding - Preparation of monthly Business Review Meeting Pack, providing meaningful commentary on the monthly result and variance analysis - Preparation of the internal Reporting Pack together with analysis, KPIs and commentary - Consolidation of Group forecasting with comprehensive commentary at a Global level - Analysis and commentary of the forecasting at a Global level at each forecasting/budget cycle - Development of Group forecasting practices and processes with regional finance teams to enable a seemless and more accurate forecasting cycle - Development of Global KPIs, including non-financial measures, in order to drive efficiency in the Business operations and create real value - Owning, maintaining and developing the internal pricing reporting, liaising with all regions, assisting them with their activities and ensuring accuracy and consistency Globally - Act as a key contact with the accounting teams, improve collaboration, ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information - Business case development and scenario modelling As well as speaking to Qualified Accountants with 15 years PQE, we would love to speak to the following candidates: - Previous experience of working in a Qualified Finance role with a broad remit - Technically astute with experience of consolidations at a global level - Modelling and experience with B.I tools - Confident stakeholder with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders globally salary of £80,000 - £90,000 + Car Allowance with occasional international travel meet stakeholders as required.
