Senior Finance Director

Job Description : SENIOR FINANCE DIRECTOR TORONTO CANADA The successful candidate will report directly to the CFO and will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of the organization by leading and managing all financial and accounting functions for the entire organization. Financial Statement Preparation: Generating timely and accurate consolidated monthly and annual audited financial statements Reviewing monthly, quarterly and annual financial results in accordance with IFRS Creating process improvements. Finding and driving cost optimization Leading the annual business planning process, maintaining multi-year cash flow forecasts and performing analyses Performing a monthly financial analysis Liaise and collaborate with different departments Managing direct reports A university graduate with a CPA designation or business school Strong Excel skills Strong time management skills Strong written and oral communication skills are essential University degree, college diploma or equivalent experience required Minimum 15 years of financial reporting and financial planning and analysis experience Previous experience with M&A analysis is an asset Previous experience leading a team
