Job Description : CEO - Export Business unit ( Rubber / Polymer ) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Chemical), Business Administration, International Business, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred. At least 15 years of progressive experience in international business, exports, and operations, with a focus on rubber manufacturing & polymer related processes. Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, managing a diverse team and driving results. Strong understanding of global markets, trade dynamics, and export regulations. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to drive financial performance and achieve business targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Leadership skills to inspire and lead a cross-functional team effectively. Visionary and forward-thinking. Results-oriented and performance-driven.
