Job Description : GROUP CFO NIGERIA The company is a private investment company with diverse business offerings in Agribusiness processing & exports, Consumer Goods manufacturing, Logistics, Fintech and financial services, and Healthcare About the role: The CFO would be providing regular reports to the board on the company's financial position and performance. Provide guidance to the CEO and Board on capital allocation decisions, including potential investments in new assets, company and/or asset acquisitions, divestitures, and dividends. Supervise annual and multi-year budgeting processes (as well as monthly/quarterly reviews), to ensure that businesses are able to maximise their capacity, whilst ensuring the optimal use of resources Ensure a high level of efficiency of the operational aspects of the finance function - postings, payroll, receipts & payments, basic tax compliance, credit control, and cash management Candidate requirements: An appropriate postgraduate qualification such as an MBA, or M.Sc. Finance, Economics or Risk Management Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA would be beneficial Fifteen (15) years cognate experience in finance-related roles, such as accounting, treasury, tax, budget and planning or investment banking.
