Human Resources Head 

Job Description : HR HEAD ETHIOPIA Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters. Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and develop strategic HR initiatives that align with company objectives. Drive talent acquisition efforts by identifying hiring needs, conducting interviews, and collaborating with recruitment agencies to attract top talent. Develop and implement effective employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale and satisfaction. Support performance management processes, including performance reviews, coaching, and career development plans. Proactively identify training and development needs, coordinating with the Learning and Development team to deliver relevant programs. Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations, staying updated on changes and communicating necessary updates to stakeholders. Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary, promoting a fair and respectful workplace culture. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within the FMCG industry. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High level of integrity and professionalism. Fluency in English and any additional local languages is a plus.
