Country Manager

Job Description : Country Manager Location: Abidjan, Ivory Coast As the Head, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving various facets of our commodities business in Ivory Coast. You will be responsible for leading and managing operations, trading, shipping, logistics, and related activities to ensure the growth and profitability of our commodities division. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the commodities division in Ivory Coast, aligning with the company's overall objectives. Oversee and optimize all operational processes, including procurement, quality control, and inventory management, to ensure efficiency and productivity. Manage trading activities, including sourcing, pricing, and hedging strategies, while mitigating risks effectively. Lead and streamline the supply chain and logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation and delivery of commodities. Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue generation. Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations, trade laws, and industry standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and relevant industry partners to foster collaboration and growth.
