Job Description : CEO DELHI INDIA · a Multi billion organisation and one of the largest Indian Conglomerate with their Head Office in Delhi-NCR and have multiple manufacturing sites across India and overseas · Responsible for Envisioning, Planning & Implementing the strategic vision for the overseas business for the organisation · Lead Sales, Production, Operations and Human Resources among other functions and implement drivers to growth · The Ideal candidate would have 20+ years of work experience in the Packaging Industry or Speciality Chemicals or an Allied Industry having started his/her career in a Manufacturing/Operations positions and having groomed plant heads would have taken up a bigger responsibility to manage overall P&L for an organisation · Ability to Oversee operations + Sales and manage a business north of 5000 CR
