15 yearsJob Description : RETAIL DIRECTOR THAILAND Key Responsibilities: Lead business development strategies and negotiations for direct operations and wholesale operations for Thailand market Responsible for the operational leadership and overall performance of the Thailand business with full P&L management. Drive brand growth and integrate company mission into business plans and initiatives; identify and seize opportunities Be on top of relevant shifts in competitive landscape - collect, analyze, and disseminate industry, market, and competitive intelligence to formulate winning strategies Champion brand experience and growth at a strategic level by developing game-changing creative initiatives Retail Set store sales targets and lead the retail team to achieve budget and sales growth Define & monitor key KPI's of the frontline staff (including conversion rates, building database and weekly planner) Participate in HR activities such as hiring, assessment and other related issue Develop quality sales staff in all stores through upgrading and intensive training of sales staff Develop commission and incentive schemes for sales staff Market intelligence Communicate and interact with Regional HQ on local merchandising needs and trends Keep abreast of product pricing, competitor market information to provide regular product benchmark report to management. Work with Regional HQ to develop, implement and manage: promotional plans, windows, products launching, and mailings etc Training tools and training Merchandising guidelines in all stores and wholesale partner All relevant information to be provided to wholesale partners and sales staff To provide sales team with relevant information in terms of promotions, product plans, marketing plan, sell-out analysis, assortment recommendation etc To ensure successful new product launches and strong existing lines development. To initiate, among others, creative Developing and building image Implement and to ensure that the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are followed in all stores Implement effective CRM programs to boost sales and develop / renew customer relationship Financial Planning and Management Manage annual budget process by working closely with relevant strategic business units at Regional HQ Develop annual forecast and proactively identify cost control opportunities Partner with Demand Planning to formulate on the seasonal sales, GP and sell-thru objectives Monitor and control expenditure to ensure operational effectiveness in line to the set financial parameters of the P&L
