Job Description : Plant Manager (injection molding)-SOUTH AFRICA Position is open to candidates worldwide, company will help in relocation Top notch company with over a billion dollars in sales has an excellent opportunity available for a Plant Manager. This position will manage a plant with over 400 employees. Requirements: BS Degree in Engineering /CIPET is preferred with experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, ISO or Six Sigma. Hands on experience in plastic injection molding is a must. 25 or more years of experience managing a $50 million+ P&L. Understanding of plastic processing, tooling and molding processes. Experience in financial & operational performance data is required. This position offers an Executive Level base salary, bonus potential & comprehensive benefits.
