Job Description : SENIOR SAFETY MANAGER UGANDA Education-B.Tech (Regular) , Diploma Industrial Safety, Nebosh Experience-15-18 years post qualification Job Responsibility- - Facilitate in establishing EHS requirement at site.- Ensure the implementation of EHS system & norms as per IMS & HSE manual.- Identifying the training needs and imparting training for staff, subcontractor and workman.- Monitor and evaluation of legal requirements as identified at prescribed frequency.- Conducting regular site specific inspection & campaigns.- Timely reporting of EHS shortcoming to project manager for continual improvement.- Preparing & updating site specific Project EHS Plan, Risk assessment & Safe Work Method.- Reporting EHS statistics and monthly reports as per IMS manual. - Facilitate in establishing EHS requirement at site.- Ensure the implementation of EHS system & norms as per IMS & HSE manual.- Identifying the training needs and imparting training for staff, subcontractor and workman.- Monitor and evaluation of legal requirements as identified at prescribed frequency.- Conducting regular site specific inspection & campaigns.- Timely reporting of EHS shortcoming to project manager for continual improvement.- Preparing & updating site specific Project EHS Plan, Risk assessment & Safe Work Method.- Reporting EHS statistics and monthly reports as per IMS manual.
