Job Description : IT HEAD AUSTRALIA The Head of Security Operations is pivotal in safeguarding the organisation's cyber operations and identity services. This role involves managing various aspects of cybersecurity, leveraging advanced technologies, standardising services, and aligning technology solutions with organisational goals while collaborating with other technology domains. Responsibilities Include: Lead operations, improve services, and manage teams. Shape a modern cyber and identity platform Ensure effective collaboration and vendor management. Oversee platform security and promote its usage. Optimise and automate services based on business demand. Key Requirements: Skilled in Azure AD and cloud Identity Services Extensive knowledge of products like: Active Directory, Azure AD, M365, AD Certificate Authorities, SailPoint IGA, MFA, Azure B2B and B2C Proficient with Azure DevOps, Git, and authentication protocols (SAML) Experienced in Production Support and troubleshooting. Knowledgeable in Directory Services Microsoft Certified Expert, MCSE or architect certification ITIL Certification v3 or 4.
