Job Description : CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER UK FOR HOSPITALITY Open to candidates worldwide This is a new role for an International Hospitality Group who have been VERY successful, have a strong brand – amazing people culture and quality ethos. Having enjoyed incredible year-on-year growth over the last 10 years they are now planning the next phase of their development Oversee all elements of strategy when is comes to new business, customer retention and even getting involved in concept / brand / offer / insight and development You will oversee a large sales team with several senior and proven individuals leading smaller groups – in total around 60 individuals This requires someone with gravitas, amazing communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly and credibly across a massively varied client base. As much as the role is not about personally making day-to-day sales – it is about making sure the offer, team and all other elements are best in class Experience / credibility within the hospitality sector would be a real advantage – however, given we are looking for someone who is a game-changer for this company – we are also keen to hear from credible leaders from other sectors who have a passion for the industry. Location: London / UK and International travel Salary: Great six-figure basic plus annual / LTIP scheme Available: We expect a notice of 3/6 months – we imagine this role to start Summer 2024 (but ideally before)
