Costing Manager

Job Description : COSTING MANAGER GUINEA Criteria :- Must Have Experience in Mfg Industry (Plastic & Paints) Automotive / Agro - Commodities Qualification :- CA / CMA / CIMA / MBA Finance CTC :- US$3,500/- pm in hand + FAT Co. Provided Detailed Job Description :- • Analysing costs by studying historical data, identifying trends in expenses, and recommending cost reduction strategies • Most essential duties will also involve carrying out cost accounting closing functions on a daily and weekly basis while developing and analysing general ledger and statements of finances every month. • Run the monthly cost forecasts and ensure all targets are met within the stipulated time. Ensure that there is accurate recording of expenditure in the appropriate journals and ledgers. Monitoring the progress of projects to ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved • Apportion costs between manifold units of production and management • Ensure the arrangement of cost of production to material costs, wages, and overhead costs • Prepare estimates of costs for unique products in order to establish prices of products and to forecast production • Consolidate cost of manufacturing for payroll and distribution of inventory accounts • Improve system and procedures and initiate corrective actions. • Lead projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy. • Supporting the Supply Chain & Industrial Operations demands towards technology and liaise with the IT team and Management to evaluate lead the implementation of effective and efficient systems. • Develop dynamic and robust reporting platform to update Management about financial status of Groups of Companies in West Africa on a scheduled basis. • Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce final reports or statements. • Providing leadership in creating a culture of risk management in the organization Skills Requirements: • Experience of working in Manufacturing set up (Plastics and Paints Industry preferred), Trading – Automotive, agro-commodities • Experience in West African countries Qualifications : CA, CIMA, ICWA with Masters Degree in MIS, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
