Internal Audit Head

Job Description : INTERNAL AUDIT HEAD THAILAND ( OPEN TO EXPATS) The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits, reviewing financial statements, and providing recommendations on improving internal controls. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the listed company and be able to work independently. Plan and conduct audits of the company's financial and operational processes Review and analyse financial statements and other financial data to identify areas of risk and opportunities for improvement Evaluate internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Develop and implement audit plans to identify and mitigate risks Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management Provide recommendations to improve processes and controls Assist in the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field Minimum of f18 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in the listed company Experiences in listed company is a plus Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis Knowledge of audit procedures, including risk assessment and audit planning Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other financial software programs
