Operations Head

Job Description : OPERATIONS HEAD THAILAND ( EXPATS ONLY) Head of Operations to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fashion retail business. The Head of Operations will be required to have experience in expanding retail businesses internationally. Develop and implement strategies to optimise retail operations and increase profitability Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the business Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners Ensure that all retail locations are meeting sales targets and customer service standards Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations Manage and develop a team of retail managers and associates Work with senior management to develop long-term business plans and strategies Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field Proven experience as a Head of Operations or similar role in the retail industry Experience in expanding retail businesses internationally Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Strong business acumen and dynamic person
