Job Description : Managing Director - International Hospitality Business London – Extensive Travel £150 - £180,000 The Role: This is a gig – the company are all about food but make their money through their Bars – a strong hold on both F&D is essential. An exciting time to join taking the business to 5 sites in the next 24 months. An entrepreneurial business that is looking for a candidate who can nurture and develop the people culture - get people working for them. Has new opening experience from the ground up coupled with experience in management agreements. Recruiting and building new teams in new territories. Ability to WRITE the play book, not implement a playbook – all whilst having the right energy to add to an already successful business. There is substantial travel involved with this role, so experience in International Markets and a desire for travel is essential.
