Job Description : FP & A HEAD LONDON UK Candidates must have or be eligible for working rights in the UK for a fast growth SME consumer brand The role will play a key role as part of the senior leadership team heading up the commercial and financial planning function You will manage 1 direct report at this point, with the view the business will continue to grow and invest. This is a broad role in which you will work right across the P & L - key responsibilities will include the following Oversee and drive the production of all relevant financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis for the group on an ongoing basis Present relevant and insightful commentary in this respect for presentation to the board Produce relevant reviews of actuals versus budgets to support commercial decision making Drive financial modelling of key business drivers Lead analysis of business development and investment proposals Directly support senior management - including the Group FD, CFO and CEO with ongoing strategic project work as the business continues to grow and invest We are seeking top talent - driven passionate individuals who possess the gravitas and strength of communication to operate directly with CFO, CEO and the rest of the board. You will also play a 'hands on' role and adopt a flexible and proactive approach within a forward thinking business Applicants must possess a formal accountancy qualification (or overseas equivalent) as well as a minimum of 4/5 years relevant post qualified experience within financial planning, analysis and commercial finance All sector backgrounds are welcome to apply - a strong academic record and track record of success within your career to date is essential however
