About the Sales Director Role: In this role, you will ensure compliance and practical execution of safety, integrity and commercial policies and practices.This role offers a competitive base salary with health insurance and provident fund. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's overarching objectives Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing sales team, ensuring consistent achievement and surpassing of targets Spearhead market penetration and expansion initiatives, identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring continuous customer satisfaction and loyalty. Oversee and optimise revenue streams, consistently exceeding sales targets Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is advantageous Demonstrate a minimum of 15 years in sales management, showcasing a proven track record of driving revenue and leading successful sales teams. A distinct preference for candidates with previous experience in the automotive sector, particularly those with expertise in business expansion strategies Possess work experience in complex applications across industry verticals, with a strong emphasis on exposure to major industries such as Automotive, B2B & B2C, retail, and others. Proven capabilities in navigating the intricacies of the automotive first-tier supplier landscape are highly valued Strategic leadership skills.
