Retail Cluster Manager

Job Description : CLUSTER MANAGER NIGERIA FOR RETAIL Develop and execute cluster-specific retail strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of Regional Business Managers responsible for managing retail operations within the clusters. Promote a customer-centric mindset within the clusters to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Conduct market research and analysis to understand regional dynamics, customer preferences, and emerging trends in retail. Share best practices and retail insights with other parts of the organization. Monitor and report on the progress of retail initiatives, including KPI tracking and performance metrics. Own and manage the P&L for the retail clusters, including budget preparation, expense management, and revenue optimization. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and optimization in all aspects of retail cluster operations. Qualifications: B.SC in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools. Minimum 9 years of experience in FMCG business management.
