Job Description : IT HEAD INDONESIA As the Head of IT, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the IT strategy to support business growth, transformation, and operational excellence. You will serve as a business partner, driving digital transformation initiatives, managing SAP integration, overseeing cybersecurity efforts, and ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the overall IT infrastructure. Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for digital transformation and innovation Manage SAP modules, upgrades, and integration to optimise business processes Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices Act as a trusted advisor, providing technology solutions to drive business efficiency and growth Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (master's degree is preferred) Proven experience of 10 or more years in a senior IT leadership role, preferably in the FMCG industry Strong understanding of IT as a business partner and its role in enabling business transformation Expertise in SAP implementation, management, and integration In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and IT governance
