Job Description : Head of Marketing & Engagement – North India This position is for a Reputed Pharmaceutical Company with its HO in Dubai. They are the largest importer and distributor of Pharmaceuticals Formulations & Medical Devices in India and international markets. Qualification: B. Pharm/ M. Pharm/ MBA Marketing Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of Marketing experience in the Pharma Industry. Age Group: 35- 45 Years The person should have worked at a leadership and strategic role, should be mainly from Marketing Stream and must demonstrate proven effectiveness in the current role. The incumbent will be responsible for the design and implementation of the company’s marketing strategy, digital engagement and implementation at ground level. Someone who has dealt with a large basket of products and not a super specialised segment, are preferred. Good Leadership abilities with excellent communication and relationship building and Problem-solving skills will have an edge.
