Job Description : Quality Technical Director Valencia, Spain Candidate must have EU working rights and be Spanish speaking Company: chemical products manufacturer Position: newly created vacancy due to organic growth of the company Requirements: • University education in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmacy or equivalent. • More than 18 years of experience in the chemical sector, with at least 5 years in positions of responsibility in quality. • Experience in managing teams of more than 30 people. • Advanced knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IFS, etc.). • Advanced knowledge of formulation and regulation. • Leadership, communication and teamwork skills. • Fluent English. Functions: • Lead and manage the technical team, made up of more than 30 people. • Lead product development in its entirety, guaranteeing the requirements of internal and external clients, quality standards and established costs • Coordination with the commercial and marketing departments for product design and development • Cross-cutting vision of costs to guarantee the compliance with company objectives • Develop and implement quality management systems. • Supervise internal and external audits. • Represent the company in committees and meetings.
