Job Description : Consumer Marketing Strategy Associate Director MEXICO Open to worldwide candidates As a Consumer Marketing Strategy Associate Director, you will play a crucial role in helping brand teams develop effective consumer marketing strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead consumer insights initiatives, and drive innovative approaches to engage and support customers. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, from defining critical success factors to developing partnerships and tracking campaign metrics. Key Responsibilities as Consumer Marketing Strategy Associate Director: Assist brand teams in formulating consumer marketing strategies, including selecting target consumer segments, creating customer journey maps, and defining brands' Critical Success Factors; collaborating with Market Research and Creative Agency partners. Support the company's commitment to delivering positive customer experiences by developing insights-based, holistic communication strategies. Drive the ideation and development of innovative methods to engage and support customers, such as digital solutions, based on business needs. Develop new approaches for interacting with customers, including the creation of new solutions, digital ecosystems, and collaborations in the field of customer engagement. Establish social media partnerships with platforms, channels, digital stakeholders, and other relevant partners. Track campaign metrics and adjust parameters to maximize impact and effectiveness. Qualifications for the Consumer Marketing Strategy Associate Director role: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in consumer marketing strategy development. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent project management and communication skills. Creative thinking and a passion for innovation. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
