Job Description : GM SALES UAE Leading conglomerate in the Middle East with a solid track record in automotive amongst other industries. Reporting into Group Head of Commercial, Sales & Marketing, this person will be responsible for; · Building the route to market strategy for launching the new EV brand in the market · Creating the sales strategies, KPIs etc for the team to follow behind the growth of the brand · Creating a Middle East expansion strategy for the brand · Hiring a team of Sales Managers To apply for the role, it is necessary to have the following experience; · Must have 10 years of sales/leadership experience in the automotive industry · Worked in the capacity of laying down the foundations of an EV brand in any market globally · Team management experience
