General Manager 

Job Description : General Manager- Resort QATAR Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in similiar position with 15-20 years total exp Managing all aspects of a resort, including lodging, food & beverage management, human resources, housekeeping, attractions,and guest services. Managing the daily operations of the resort, including ensuring that facilities are clean and well maintained. Meeting with managers of facilities such as restaurants or spas to discuss business operations Managing the daily operations of the resort, including ensuring that facilities are clean and well maintained. Establishing and enforcing policies regarding safety and security of guests, employee conduct, and environmental issues such as waste management Strong leadership and communication skills.
