Knowledge of safety regulations and practices. Communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and make quick decisions. 4. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific industry and products handled in the warehouse (e.g., retail, manufacturing, e-commerce). 5. Regulatory Understanding: Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements, such as Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards. 6. Problem-Solving: The ability to analyze issues, find solutions, and implement process improvements. 7. Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets and controlling warehouse-related expenses.
