Job Description : COUNTRY HEAD GHANA 20+ years experience o Understanding business and ensuring that the entire operation of the plant operates safely and efficiently to provide high quality work at all times. o Formulation and achievement of goals (vertical based) in line with corporate vision, mission and objectives of the company. o Ensuring strategy, structure, staffing, skills, style and processes are synergetic with the business objectives. o Analyzing and acting according to the business needs. o Scheduling and making regular visits to overseas centers; reviewing quality and services for one month at least at each center. o Ensuring that employees are result oriented and able to operate as a team o Achieving operational and financial performance of all the overseas centers under charge. o Deriving business plan and get approval from the management. o Ensuring compliance with productivity, quality and service delivery metrices for all assigned points. o Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain best practices. o To liaison with the Government authorities / local political leaders / nearby community centre heads. o Ensuring all safety parameters are complied with. o Annual resource planning – forecasting resource requirements and managing the source of availability. o Carrying out continuous analysis of production, recoveries, expenses and funds utilization to optimize revenues. o Making efforts to maximize procurement of raw material and minimize overheads. o Keeping daily update of activities of Foreign centers and discuss with Operations Head. o To set targets for the centers per month and pursue them. (Preferably Recycling/ Aluminum). • Min 3 Years working exp in Africa. Salary- Hike as per current salary (Will get salary in INR) + Family Accommodation
