SBU Head

Job Description : SBU HEAD B2B FOR PHARMA/CHEMICALS MUMBAI SBU Head shall be responsible for -1. As a head of Business, the individual is responsible for driving top line and the bottom line of the business. This position owns P&L2. Strengthening the current client base and add new clients3. Since the products are novel and first time in India, the incumbent is supposed to be technically strong with superb communication skills - technical or otherwise4. Building B2B bands through various on the ground and off ground marketing and communication initiatives5. Understanding the regulatory environment for manufacturing and promotion6. Managing in inventories and the distribution channel for delivery of orders.7. Ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing plant in terms of production, quality control and assurance, maintaining the production standards and various quality certifications along with utilizing the manufacturing capacity8. Managing a team and being a leader providing inclusive growth opportunity to the team9. Tracking competition in terms of new launches, pricing and promotion10. Building a high performing team and creating a culture of performance11. Scanning and evaluating new product opportunities across the globe12. Negotiations and finalization of contracts with new partners around the world.This position reports to the Directors.Location - MumbaiExperience - We are looking for a Techno-Commercial business head. Incumbent must have hands of experience of 20 plus years in B2B business serving pharmaceuticals and food industries. Must be at leadership role for the last 3 years. Must have managed teams.Education - Graduation / Post Graduation in Pharmacy or Chemistry. Management qualification preferred.The team includes - Head of Manufacturing, Head of Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Medico- Marketing and Regulatory
