20 yearsJob Description : ENGINEERING PROCESS EXPERT QATAR Engineering Processes Expert (Change Management) is responsible for designing and implementing systems and equipment procedures used in COMPANY Construction and manufacturing facilities, including testing and monitoring equipment, updating current system processes and conducting risk assessments, by ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage 1.Oversees existing processes and workflows; meets with operation managers to assess existing processes. Performs change readiness assessment to determine feasibility of implementation and present the results to business units 2. Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedures; Drafts process ideas to reduce costs and improve operational/service rates. Work with Managers in planning, developing and executing change initiatives across the organization. 3. Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades. Develop change management plan based on business demand, challenges and implications. 4. Evaluate project plans and identify change initiatives required for successful project execution, including efficient mitigation of business risks and concerns. 5. Communicates findings and proposals to upper management. 6. Utilizes process simulation software to test and find the most appropriate operation strategies. 7. Provides thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes. 8. Performs process simulations and troubleshoots issues. Conducts optimization tests and risk assessments. 9. Assesses compliance with applicable COMPANY safety and quality standards. 10. Contributes to ROMD / DNO&M departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed. 11. Develops and maintains process documents and standard operating procedures. Develops standardized operating instructions for the changes/upgrades process. 12. Monitors the adoption and utilization of change initiatives. Identifies performance gaps and provides corrective actions. 13. Acts as primary contact to address any issues and queries on change management activities. 14. Ensures processes comply with safety and quality standards. Perform other duties / tasks as required. • Minimum Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or other construction-related area • Up to 19 years of cumulative experience in a relevant field (Masters degree) • Up to 20 years of cumulative experience in a relevant field (Bachelors degree) • Extensive experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools • Exceptional active listening skills, and communication skills (both written and verbal) • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges • Forward looking with a holistic approach • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
