Job Description : Head of People UK Open to candidates worldwide Location: Northwest £70,000-£75,000 This brand is in their next phase of growth and are now looking for a Head of People to add value and expertise in driving people and culture. This role will innovate and push continuous improvement of the employee experience. Additional focuses: To provide strong people and resource management. Planning and analysis for the business for all people processes, procedures and ways of working. To take responsibility for all employment legal, statutory and mandatory requirements. Lead and manage a HR and Training team. Lead on all employee engagement initiatives. Part of the senior management team and able to influence at this level.
