Job Description : HR Regional Lead – APAC VIETNAM ( OPEN TO EXPATS) Your main responsibilities are supporting and developing the human resources cycle & talent management within the APAC region. • Responsible for monitoring the human resources cycle (yearly performance interviews, career development, people review, ensuring the synthesis & KPI) • Working closely with the APAC Country Directors and their HR teams to foster the development of mobility within the region • Responsible for coordinating and sharing activities related to talent acquisition • Responsible for training initiatives coordination & KPI in the region and contributing to the development of regional programs • Playing an active role in identifying external consultants or personalities who will be involved in building local programs or who will take part in such programs or conference cycles • Facilitating the development of the e-learning solution in the region, both in terms of programs available (particularly soft skills) and creation of in-house programs (technical or corporate) • Liaising with the central talent management team • Working with the group's mobility manager to facilitate mobility with the rest of the world • Supporting group training programs: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is required • From 15+ years-experience in HR function • At least three years' experience in a similar position coordinating human resources for an international group at regional level • This position will require organisational skills to bring several projects to delivery at the same time under tight time constraints • Results-oriented and committed to satisfying the internal stakeholders • Good communication skills and must have the ability to communicate at all levels in the business
