Job Description : COO - Manufacturing & Commercial Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Offer CTC: 65 to 85 LPA Looking for a Leader with engineering academics and experience in building strategic plans and directly involved in business expansion. Should come with exposure in manufacturing + Export export-driven companies with annual revenues of INR 250 to 500 crores. Preferred Industries: Home Decor/Lifestyle/Handicrafts/Export Goods Experience: 18 to 24 years of experience with an entrepreneurial mindset and must have sound experience in managing and overseeing manufacturing operations P&L management, developing profitable strategies, long long-term Goals for a growing manufacturing company. KRA's: • Develop and execute the company's business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders. Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate the achievement of goals. • Oversee the company's the company's expansion and exports, distribution and sales. • Work closely with the business development and Marketing team to enhance brand visibility. Develop strategies to ensure our brand is visible to end customers and to foster strong brand recognition. Facilitate the shift in power dynamics from distributor to manufacturer. • Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and the community for the betterment of the company.
