Job Description : SENIOR PROCUREMENT HEAD DUBAI 10-15 years experience Looking for candidates based in Dubai who might have lost jobs and are immediately available . Experience Required is as below - 1. 10 years' experience in procurement End to End 2. Sourcing From China/ Europe is must 3. Visits to the above countries for vendor development is must 4. RFQ, vendor development, Quotation, price comparison PO, Payment 5. Experience from manufacturing, Engineering Trading industry is preferred 6. Worked in China / Europe is preferred 7. Find new suppliers, send RFQ, get quote, negotiation, Planning, Coordination with inspection agency, vendor development, assessment, travel, factory visit, find solution for cost saving and improvement of quality, 1. Supply Chain Management Logistics Import Export Knowledge, negotiating freight rate with shipping lines, Making reports.
