Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MAAGER SPAIN FOR PAPER PACKAGING Candidate must have EU working rights 1.- Planning of the OF using the ERP and executing the Production on all the factory machines, keeping in mind the needs and objectives of the company. 2.- Supervision of the Plant personnel, and verification that the functions are carried out correctly, as well as technical validation of the Productions in progress, followed by the Printing, Die-cutting, Engumming and Handling processes. 4.- Production analysis based on monthly KPIs: volume of production carried out, occupation of machines, efficiency of format changes, productivity of each phase (Real vs PPT), etc. 5.- Search for more constants and who are the necessary investments to be able to achieve, both analysis of your return. 6.- Organization of the factory space, optimization of available space, and limitation of different necessary zones: for current production, for rebuitjos, waste, raw materials, etc. 7.- Daily communication with the Factory Head, with the objective of forming and developing as the person responsible for Production, as well as with the rest of the areas of the company.
