Job Description : STRUCTURED FINANCE MANAGER MEXICO Open to candidates worldwide Global energy company is looking for a Structure Finance/Project Finance Manager who can coordinate and manage credit contracts and financial coverage, as well as coordinate the relationship between the back office areas with the company's investment banking and investors. . Main responsibilities: • Preparation of financial reports of results and analysis of deviation from modeled scenarios • Exercise control over compliance with financial obligations of credit contracts or note purchase agreements • Execute financing administration automation projects • Prepare and review both financial and non-financial reporting information • Identify opportunity areas for optimization or improvement in coverage contracts and letters of credit • Ability to read and find information in complex financial models and, in turn, identify the origin of deviations in reported results • Preparation of presentations that effectively and concretely communicate key messages to the different stakeholders • Coordinate approval processes along with the support of external lawyers Position requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance Administration, Accounting, Actuary, Economics or related fields • Advanced conversational English • Advanced Excel • Desirable SAP
