Compliance Head

Job Description : COMPLIANCE HEAD ABU DHABI a prominent Abu Dhabi headquartered entity, with assets around the world in the Utilities and Energy sectors. The company has a complex structure and several subsidiaries so will require their Head of Compliance to understand the challenging business needs, both domestically and internationally. Their compliance department requires a complete overhaul and are therefore looking for a highly experienced Head of Compliance to join their team. This is a rare chance for someone to join an organisation’s senior management and truly shape their compliance function moving forward. In depth knowledge of working within the Utilities or Energy sector is a must, as is demonstrated experience of designing, implementing and leading policies and procedures that support the ambitious business objectives whilst ensuring compliance with local and international laws and safeguarding from internal and external risks. It is likely the Head of Compliance will come from another major international Utilities or Energy organisation, working at Head of Compliance or Chief Compliance Officer level. Regional experience is highly desirable, however strong profiles sitting outside of the Middle East will be considered.
