Sales Manager 

Job Description : CHANNEL SALES MANAGER DUBAI UAE a well-known global retail business, is currently looking to hire an International Channel Sales Marketing Manager with experience in trade and retail digital marketing and support revenue generation via resellers and distributors. Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the building and execution of annual marketing plans for specific resellers and distributors. Provide Marketing Support, which involves helping Distributors and select Resellers in a specific region with their marketing efforts. The goal is to assist them in achieving established marketing and business objectives through various channels. Become the marketing subject matter Expert (SME), where you will be the go-to person for all things related to marketing, both within your organization and with external stakeholders operating in the distributor market. Collaborate with the Regional Commercial Distributor Lead and work closely with the Regional Commercial Distributor Lead to ensure that marketing support aligns with the distributor agreements and is within the available resources. This collaboration aims to achieve business objectives and optimize the marketing and media budget effectively. Communication and Transparency: Its your responsibility to keep open lines of communication with distributors in the region. You need to ensure they are aware of marketing priorities and have the information they need to meet their objectives. This may involve regular updates, meetings, and clear reporting. Act as a Liaison between Distributor and Global Marketing: Your role involves bridging the gap between the distributor and the global marketing team. You ensure that distributors have access to the necessary marketing assets, plans, and resources provided by the worldwide marketing department. This ensures the distributor has the right tools and materials to execute marketing strategies effectively. Communicate the global marketing direction to the distributors, involving the established global marketing priorities and model to the distributor network, ensuring that they are align with the broader global strategy. Support Annual Marketing Planning by assisting the distributor in developing their Annual Business Plan (ABP) related to marketing including, product launches, product lifecycle activities, and investment plans based on available marketing funds. Establish expectations for how marketing performance should be measured. This likely involves defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Additionally, you monitor and report on the distributors marketing performance, ensuring that goals and targets are met. Involve various other marketing-related tasks, such as planning promotions, setting up product pages, managing performance marketing campaigns, and planning and executing in-store or online retail merchandising initiatives. These tasks are essential for driving product visibility and sales. Requirements To be considered for the role, the successful candidate should meet the following criteria: Should have 8 to 12 years of experience in the same field, either in electronics, technology, or FMCG Must have extensive experience in managing distributors and dealers within a given geographical location Experience in regional pure players e.g. Amazon, Flipkart, Noon, etc. Mst have channel marketing experience and have background in a B2C business model Experience in trade marketing and digital marketing experience Willing to relocate to the UAE Candidates based outside UAE are welcome to apply
