Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO position Central Africa (mining/ Earthmoving industry) Company active in the earth moving equipment industry, and we are looking for someone with experience in this industry, or in the mining industry. Mission The CFO Reports to the CEO, the CFO will partner with the executive team and oversee the accounting and the finance functions. Required Education and Experience - Five (5) years minimum in the CFO’s position or ten (10) years in a senior accounting or finance leadership position;20 years in finance - Experience at a senior level in the mining sector; - Solid experience in Africa; - English speaking - Solid understanding of lead sheets and ability to critically examine financial statements; - Advanced leadership and management skills; enjoys mentoring, working with and developing a team; - Action-oriented, hands-on, high-energy, problem-solving individual with a strong business acumen and the capacity to take on a high volume of work; - Strong analytical, planning and communications skills a necessity; - Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards; - Excellent client service and relationship building skills; - Strong analytical skills and highly detail-oriented; - Excellent written and verbal communications skills; - Strong team player.
