Senior HR Manager

Job Description : SENIOR MANAGER HR TRANSFORMATION multinational consumer good company with over 30,000 employees across the globe. They are looking for an individual for their HR function, who will be an early mover in helping our client to identify and implement cutting edge Talent Acquisition solutions that allow them to harness the power of automation and technology in a more effective way. This role will have significant exposure and influence with to senior leadership across the globe, both within the function, and outside. You’d make an ideal candidate if you have experience in · Transform Talent acquisition & other HR shared services globally · Use latest technology platforms for HR Function · Work closely with Business and IT stake holders · Define & Redefine Business Process and map it to systems · Eager to work in a new COE, hustle and get-things-done. · Team player who can be flexible, and can multitask · Experience 12-16 yrs experience in HR function The focus of this role is to help create systems that adapt to the demands of flexible and fluid organization.
