Preparing Annual Sales Budget & Achieving it on Monthly & Quarterly basis including Meeting NOD & Receivables Target. Develop a Strong Sales Pipeline through Deeper Market Penetration & Improved Market Share Keep Constant Update of the Developments in the Markets with the Customers & Competition & Collect Regular Market Intelligence. Explore & Identify the Opportunities for Improvement in Margins & Growth in Business. Strong Collaboration with Cross functional Teams like Supply Chain & Planning, Production, Finance, R&D & Manufacturing for Managing the Customer Requirements & Expectations. Leading, Mentoring & Monitoring the Team Members to ensure efficiency in Process Operations for individual & Group Targets. Qualification & Exp. A Chemical Engineering & PGDM /MBA In Marketing With About 20 Years experience in API/ Pharma Intermediates/CRAMS Competencies / Skills : Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills with Various functions at Customers, Analytical Skills, Relationship Building Abilities & High Commercial Acumen. Business Development & People Management
