Job Description : VP SUPPLY CHAIN DUBAI As VP - Supply Chain, you will be part of the key leadership team to establish best in class supply chain system for Kitopi by taking a white paper approach and be able to make Kitopi a world-class player in this space. As an executive team member, you'll provide strategy, planning and be accountable for all aspects of our global supply chain function. Additionally you will be responsible to lead and direct Kitopi's overall smooth supply chain operations across 10's of thousands of SKUs across our core business as well as our newly developed Grocery business, Your role will expand to the following including but not limited to Procurement, Purchasing, Warehousing, inventory management, vendor management and distribution and Logistics management. · Develop, implement and manage cross-functional, fully integrated supply planning system and processes that incorporates farm to table raw materials planning, demand planning, mass production, distribution planning, capacity planning, scheduling across global operations · Establish and implement methods and best practices related to the systems and processes that support managing inventory, purchasing, material control and cost control · Utilizing an extensive understanding of supply chain practices and procedures to create Supply Chain Planning Playbooks, creation of process workflow diagrams and RASCI schemes, and communicating best practices through trainings, workshops and documentation to create a world-class supply chain operation. · Manage inventory counts by implementing an inventory control system, capable of identifying discrepancies in inventory counts and taking corrective action to guard against inconsistencies in the future. · Implement demand planning systems to drive forecast accuracy and subsequently analyze and update capacity and inventory plan daily based on demand and output changes of central and satellite kitchen production and changes in planned customer service levels. · Ensure that efficient transport DIFOT (delivery in full and on time) and performance ratios and metrics are established and implemented across all markets · Ensure effective translation of supply plans to grocery, central and satellite kitchen production plans to match customer demand by leveraging the use of technology. · Effective management of all warehouse spaces while maintaining required stock levels, and planning the on-time delivery of distribution in a safe manner, with best practice FIFO. · Ensuring that the principals of lean and continuous improvement are embedded at all levels across functions. Manage the end to end supply chain flow and make appropriate decisions on supply chain planning policies that need to be documented and implemented · You will evaluate past performance data to forecast needs and production scheduling. · You will also lead strategic plans and initiatives to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of operations across all Supply Chain functions. What We Are Looking For? · Bachelor's degree - Operations, Engineering; MBA preferred in Supply Chain Management · Minimum 10-15 years in Supply Chain Management · Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Leadership Role · Proven leadership abilities and in-depth knowledge of supply chain management and have ideal grown in this space and been hands-on learning from a strong supply chain heavy organization · Ideally with 5-10 years of experience in food retail business such as supermarket of large food distribution space · Strong Customer Focus and ability to drive results · Demonstrated Process improvement skills · Technology Savvy · Proven record of large team management across borders · Strong communication and Presentation skills.
