Job Description : FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER MANAGER ABU DHABI To conduct and document complex financial analysis projects; Develop analysis of economic indicators in order to prepare, forecasts and analyse the company’s short, medium, and long term position. Supervise the FBP team and manage the day to day operations of the team. Strategic and leadership · Prepares and presents regular and ad hoc analysis to diverse audiences on a variety of Company historic and proposed activities, including implications for current and future operations. · Coordinate the delivery of large and complex initiatives, and interact with related internal and external key parties. Leveraged Financial Analyst · Prepare and review the corporate dashboards and present results to management and shareholder. · Prepare month-end close by inputting financial actions and reviewing journal entries at both account and corporate levels. · Ensure inter-company transactions, accruals, billings, and payments are prepared, recorded, remitted and reconciled. · Support audit requests to review and investigate account activity, providing information as needed and correct problems at the accounting level. · Provide guidance and training to operating units and financial delivery. Budgeting and forecasting · Enhance the budget preparation process, control and monitoring · Prepare monthly pulse checks and drive quarterly forecasts · Analyse actual vs budget differences to generate actions to improve results · Drive financial performance through following up the actions to meet targets · Prepare reports on budget and forecasts and communicate with senior management and shareholders Team Management · Supervise the FBP team and the day to day operations of the team, allocating tasks amongst · Develop, mentor and coach the junior members of the team · Work closely with the Head of FP&A to ensure timely preparation and delivery of the annual budget and periodic forecast. Minimum Qualifications & Experience: · Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. · CMA Certified · CFA Certified · 10+ years of experience in progressively financial roles. · Big 4, information technology background is a MUST. · Solid Expereince in Financial & quantitative analysis, Financial modeling, Variance analysis, Cost control, Sensitivity analysis, Forecast & Budgeting. Job Specific Skills: · Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential. · Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. · Solid understanding of IT service best practice · Strong Customer Service Skills, verbal and written · Excellent Problem solving skills and ability to deal with difficult situations · Strong Analytical and quantitative thinking skills
