Senior Accounts Manager

Job Description : SENIOR ACCOUNTS MANAGER NIGERIA Sr. Manager - Accounts in a manufacturing setup with a focus on cost analysis, reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and supporting Business Heads. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and oversee accurate financial statements in a timely manner. Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations. • Generate management reports for the manufacturing unit and senior management. • Analyze product and process costs for cost reduction opportunities. Implement cost control measures and monitor cost trends. Perform cost-benefit analyses for projects and investments. • Develop and manage the annual manufacturing unit budget. Monitor budget variances and recommend corrective actions. • Conduct in-depth variance analysis and propose improvements. • Support the development of financial strategies for efficiency and profitability. • Provide financial insights to aid decision-making. • Supervise and mentor an accounting and financial team. • Ensure team productivity, accuracy, and best practices. • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance. • Provide financial insights to Business Unit Heads for decision-making.Collaborate with CEOs on business growth and cost containment. • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Stay updated on accounting and financial industry trends. • Continuously improve financial acumen and leadership skills. • Establish KPIs to evaluate manufacturing unit financial health. Monitor KPIs and suggest improvements. Experience & Qualifications • CA with 10+ years of experience & CA(Inter) with 15+ years of experience in Manufacturing Setup • Experience with Manufacturing Industry is Must have • Previous experience in Costing,Budgeting & Accounting is must • Experience in working on ERP/SAP is must. • Maximum age limit is 47 years
