Quality Manager

Job Description : QUALITY MANAGER GARMENTS VIETNAM ( EXPATS) Your goal is to ensure quality and manufacturing systems consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements. You also focus on improving customer satisfaction metrics and serve as a liaison for program transfers between sites (worldwide). Drive the standardisation of systems, procedures, and practices across various sites Maintain quality and manufacturing systems to meet regulatory standards and enhance customer satisfaction Provide assistance to new facility/site launches and guide Quality Managers Lead and mentor your direct reports and site resources, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information Enforce safety and security policies and be adaptable in undertaking extra responsibilities when required Align with the overarching business strategy, instigate cost-saving initiatives, and establish precise trend analysis forecasts To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Minimum five years in management role Strong communication skills
